I didn’t finish the job yesterday.
What was I thinking posting about S.M.A.R.T. Goals without including a worksheet?
My only excuse is that I was focused on my frustration with the definitions used by most worksheets for S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
I hope to atone for my failing today. I have made up a hybrid of all the worksheets that have been given to me at various trainings and workshops. It makes more sense to me, so hopefully you will find it useful.
I want to get nosey; do you have your goals for 2017 yet?
I hope you have; but in case you haven’t, I offer you my S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet.
It starts with the definitions that I gave you yesterday. It has lines for you to brainstorm with yourself about what you want in 2017. Then lines to list the five goals you prioritize for 2017 with a list of actions you need to take for each goal. At the end it encourages you to find someone to hold you accountable for your goals.
You may already have an accountability partner or group. Now you just have to use them.
Would you like to see and test out my S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet?
If I give you a copy, will you give me your feedback as to how it works for you? Deal!
Here is the link. You should be able to download it and print it out.
Do it now.
It’s almost 2017.
